  • Custom Orders – All personalized items are final sale (non-refundable). See Return Policy.

  • Non-Personalized Items – 10-day return window if unused and resalable (excluding consumables like perfume/makeup). See Return Policy.

  • Payment – Site purchases are due at time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon. Bookings are to be discussed, determined and agreed upon. Sometimes deposits are required.

  • Events –

  • Intellectual Property – All artwork, photos, and designs on this site belong to The Artist & Scribe Co. and may not be used without permission.

  • Liability – We are not liable for damages caused by shipping carriers, misuse of products, or third-party actions. We

By booking services or making a purchase from The Artist & Scribe Company, you agree to the following terms:

Custom Orders & Personalized Items

  • All personalized, hand-painted, or engraved items are final sale and non-refundable.

  • We work closely with clients in advance to confirm details before personalization begins.
     

Non-Personalized Items

  • Eligible for return within 10 days if unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.

  • Returns do not apply to consumable items such as perfume, makeup, or skincare.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
     

Payments

  • Payment for Shop orders are required at the time purchase.

  • Deposit for event is required to preserve your date and final payment is due 7 days prior to event.

  • Event dates are not reserved until depayment is received.
     

Events

  • Cancellations must be made within 7 days to receive a refund/credit. Deposits are non-refundable.

  • The Artist & Scribe Company is not responsible for accidents, injuries, damage, loss, or theft that may occur at live events.

  • While we take the utmost care when working with client merchandise, mistakes can occasionally happen in a live event setting. We are not responsible for replacing a damaged item, but we will always do our best to salvage it or offer an alternative personalization solution.
     

Intellectual Property

  • All artwork, photographs, and designs created by The Artist & Scribe Company are the property of the company and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
     

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for shipping delays, damages caused by third-party carriers, or misuse of our products once they leave our possession.
