Each piece is customized live and on the spot or in the studio with bespoke hand engraving, fine calligraphy, or hand painting, pyrography, illustration and more. Guests can choose from elegant scripts, floral motifs, or delicate details that make their fragrance bottle or keepsake one of a kind. Select engravings may also be filled with metallic accents (such as gold or silver) for an added touch of luxury.

Personalization can include names, initials, dates, monograms, or short phrases/quotes when space allows — always designed to complement the piece beautifully.

Please note: For safety, we do not engrave carbonated beverage bottles (such as champagne, beer, or sparkling water) due to the risk of breakage. For those items, bespoke hand-painted calligraphy and painting provide a beautiful and safe alternative.

We provide the materials, but our customers generally provide the surface to be customized! You can drop ship your item to us for customization, collaborate with us to order surfaces for customization or check our Boutique for items to customized.

We customarily need a 4-6 foot covered table, electricity, and a chair for each artist. We also recommend a brand associate or event planner to assist guests at the event table. Details to be determined and provided when you inquire about your event.

Absolutely! While most of our events take place in the Houston area, The Artist & Scribe Company is available for travel worldwide. We frequently work with luxury retailers and brands across different cities, and we are happy to discuss travel arrangements for your event. Virtual activations are also available when in-person services aren’t possible.
